I stayed in the King Suite, Non-Smoking for two nights. The beds felt fantastic and the room was exactly what I booked. Unfortunately, the first night was marked by a drunken guest who caused chaos in the hallway, leading to an unexpected room change on the second night. The staff promised to bring new room keys, but I had to remind them an hour later since they forgot. On the day of check-out, the maid barged in at 10:30 despite the do not disturb sign, which was quite alarming. The nice things about the hotel definitely helped, but these issues were pretty frustrating.
